Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

WiseChef is operated by Adam Krawczyk, sole trader, Kraków, Poland. By using any WiseChef service, you agree to these terms. If you are using a service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

2. The services

• Framework — a hosted, productised AI stack deployed on your designated Hetzner server. $199 / month. Month-to-month.
• Rescue — a one-time diagnostic scan of your AI agent. The scan is free; the full annotated report costs $7.
• Visibility — a monthly AI-readiness audit of your website. $49 / month or $199 / month.
• Consulting — bespoke engagements scoped in advance. From €2,500. Governed by the individual statement of work agreed in writing.

3. Service availability

We run production infrastructure and aim for high availability, but we do not commit to a specific uptime SLA in the product tiers. Framework infrastructure runs on Hetzner — scheduled maintenance and force-majeure outages at the infrastructure level are outside our control. Where we cause a significant outage through our own error, we will apply a service credit proportional to the downtime at our discretion.

4. Payment

Product subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise recurring charges at the stated price. Prices may change with 30 days written notice to active subscribers. Consulting engagements are invoiced in EUR and governed by the individual statement of work.

VAT is applied where required under Polish and EU law. EU B2B customers with a valid VAT ID may apply reverse charge — provide your VAT ID at checkout.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Full refund details are in the Pricing FAQ. The short version:

• Framework and Visibility: cancel anytime; service runs to end of billing period. No automatic refunds, but genuine cases handled with common sense within 7 days of a charge.
• Rescue: if the scan produces no actionable findings, contact us and we will review it.
• Consulting: deposits refundable before meaningful work begins. Delivered work is not refundable.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use WiseChef services to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or in violation of third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass any system security.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute WiseChef tools or output without prior written agreement.
• Use the Framework stack to host services unrelated to the AI infrastructure use case it is provisioned for, at a scale that materially impacts other tenants.

We reserve the right to suspend access to any account that violates these terms, with notice where practical, and immediate suspension where the violation is severe.

7. Intellectual property

WiseChef retains ownership of its tools, code, and methodologies. Work product produced under a consulting engagement is transferred to you on full payment, unless the statement of work states otherwise. You retain ownership of all data and content you bring to the engagement.

8. Liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WiseChef's total liability for any claim arising from use of the services is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit claims.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Polish consumer protection law.

9. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Kraków, Poland. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence under applicable EU consumer law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
